Background
Greg Kish devotes the majority of his law practice to helping victims and their families in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Recovering millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients, Greg has distinguished himself as one of the go-to trial attorneys in Texas.
Over the years, Greg has represented entertainers, professional athletes, wounded warriors, Fortune 500 executives, and the estates of rock & roll legends in estate and trust litigation, contract disputes and business litigation. Greg is also a qualified mediator, and has mediated cases involving personal injury and business disputes.
Greg is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, recognizing the top trial lawyers in America, and was named to the elite "Top 40 under 40" by The National Trial Lawyers from 2014-2018, and to the Top 100 Trial Lawyers. Greg has also been repeatedly rated by Super Lawyers, and has appeared in Super Lawyers magazine and Texas Monthly.
After graduating with a B.A. from the University of Toronto, where he played football, Greg received his MBA and law degree from Texas Tech University, where he was a Regents' Scholar. While at Texas Tech, Greg served as Treasurer and Vice President of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, in addition to supporting other organizations and performing pro bono legal service in the community.
Active in the community, Greg serves as a Parks and Recreation Commissioner for the City of Richardson, and has served on the board of directors and advisory boards of several nonprofit organizations, including: the Richardson Chamber of Commerce; Leadership Richardson; Richardson Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association; and the RISD Excellence in Education Foundation. Greg also actively supports many veterans’ organizations and charities. For his dedication and service to the State and its people, Greg was honored with the commission of Admiral in the Texas Navy by Governor Rick Perry.
